And unfortunately no Fedor. In fact, it kinda looks like a boring card overall, despite the fact that there are 3 championships on the line. I just don't like any of these guys. I think the May Strikeforce event with Brett Rogers vs Alistair Overeem will be way better.

Anyway, here's the card so far. CBS said they really want Herschel Walker, but it's unlikely that he'll be on it. This will likely be a 3 fight card, which is rather unusual.

-Dan henderson vs Jake Shields for the Middleweight Championship

-Gegard Mousasi vs King mo for the Light Heavyweight championship

-Gilvert Melendez vs DREAM Lightweight Champion Shinya Aoki for the Strikeforce Lightweight Championship.

Strikeforce always seems like they're in the throws of death, but they continue to hook up things like a CBS deal.  I wish Dana White would market the UFC half as well, because they certainly have most of the "name" talent.

Strikeforce is smart in that they don't do Pay-Per-View. They have most of their events on Showtime, and occasionally they'll do a card on CBS. I think they should be ok as long as they stay away from PPV.

Btw, I'm not entirely sure but I think the Melendez-Aoki fight will be a title unification between DREAM and Strikeforce. That could be interesting.

I need to get shit from the internet myself to watch these shows.  Not that that's any different from what a lot of people do already of course.  But the time difference for where I am versus the U.S. is annoying sometimes for getting and watching shows.

Anyway streaming sites like Sidereel seem to have a surprising amount of stuff up quickly.  I've been using that instead of torrenting shows lately.

Honestly Larry, I don't think the UFC needs CBS right now. Dana White has said a few times that they're waiting for the 'right deal' to come forward in order to get onto network TV. UFC still outdoes Strikeforce in every single way. They shouldn't rush into anything until they've got it figured out.

Strikeforce will collapse at some point I'm sure. It's just a matter of time.
