Dana said that they will be on network TV before September 2010. Something will be coming soon if he was telling the truth. 

I don't think Strikeforce will collapse for the reasons I said above. Going PPV and overpaying guys who dont perform are what killed companies like EliteXC and Affliction. Strikeforce should be ok with their current business model.

We'll see. I've got a feeling Strikeforce is gonna lose Fedor sooner rather then later. Then who do they got? Mussasi will come to the UFC too.

Actually they do have a few top notch fighters in their roster besides Fedor. 

And, it doesn't matter if their talent matches the UFC if they can pull big ratings for CBS and Showtime. That's their business model. To be honest I don't think they're really going after the hardcore UFC fans. They're going for the more "casual" crowd. As long as they stay out of PPV I think they'll be ok.

I guess time will tell. Maybe they'll have enough cash to keep it afloat, but every other organization has crumbled due to bad management. Strikeforce is certainly doing better so far but they've only had one big show. And yeah, it was a good card and it's good for the sport of MMA to get the name out to casual viewers. But we'll wait and see what happens. Especially if the UFC gets a TV here shortly.

I wonder if UFC will be getting to network TV anytime soon. Dana White said they would be there by September 2010, but now I'm starting to doubt it. It seems like they're focusing on shows for Spike and Versus, as well as PPV. I don't see how they will have room for anything else this year.
