For those of you who missed the original story: Brown suing EA, Sony over use of his likeness in video game (ESPN.com). 

It's been two years now.  It took from the time that Brown filed the suit in July of 2008 until September of 2009 for a judge to dismiss the case (you have to love the legal system here in the U.S.).  Now, Jim Brown is appealing the decision: Former Cleveland Browns great Jim Brown appeals lawsuit dismissal (ESPN.com).

Ultimately, this is about Brown being just about the most bitter guy I've ever seen.  His name isn't used and while the "character" may be a thinly-veiled ripoff of his "likeness", it's on the Browns All-Time greats team.  Does that really impugn him?  Is he that hard up for cash these days?
