It's been two years now. It took from the time that Brown filed the suit in July of 2008 until September of 2009 for a judge to dismiss the case (you have to love the legal system here in the U.S.). Now, Jim Brown is appealing the decision:

Ultimately, this is about Brown being just about the most bitter guy I've ever seen. His name isn't used and while the "character" may be a thinly-veiled ripoff of his "likeness", it's on the Browns All-Time greats team. Does that really impugn him? Is he that hard up for cash these days?
