Are Cavs Fans Changing Their Stance on Mo Williams? (Waiting ForNextYear.com)

Don't tell me that THIS guy isn't going to be motivated.  As I've said on the show, I think his production is going to go up a lot now.  The Cavs traded for him because he was such a scoring threat.  Unfortunately, Mike Brown's offensive system completely misused him and the fact that LeBron dominated the ball didn't suit his style either.  Byron Scott's up-tempo offense and the fact that this team will need scoring from everybody on the floor means that we're going to see a return to the Mo Williams that almost single-handedly made Milwaukee relevant.

The fact that he's taking up for the fans, taking up for the owner, taking up for his teammates and taking up for the city just makes me like him that much more and convinces me that much more that he's going to be one of the ones that steps his game up in a big way to fill the void.

It's good to hear the guys talk about how great it is to be here but what else are they gonna say? I think this team could still be okay and maybe get into the playoffs but they should work on that Eyenga kid and JJ and try to dump Jameson and Williams for some more draft picks and prospects. Go ahead and suck this year like they did the year before they drafted Lebron so they can get another top draft pick. At least time they'll have guys like Varejao and Hickson for the next top rookie to play with. That will already put them ahead of where Lebron was when they drafted him.

Mo Williams chats with LeBron James, says Cavs-Heat game will be 'interesting': Cavaliers Insider (Cleveland.com)

Mo's thoughts on the Heat's trip to Cleveland?  It will be "interesting".  Yeah, to say the least.  It's somehwat refreshing that he didn't back away from everything he said earlier: he still wishes LeBron well but was willing to admit that he was a bit sour about it.  It would have been really easy to say that the fans need to understand that this is a business and guys have to do what's best for them and their families and yada yada yada, but he didn't.
