Things aren't working for the Monsters.  I don't know what Sacco's "System" is, but if it means losing all your road games, I guess it's a success. 

  No discipline on the ice.  Guys getting penalties when we need them least.  No real effort on pushing the other players out of the defensive zone.  Just a mess.  Sad more than anything.  If this is how the team is gonna roll all year, it's not going to be pretty.

  There were a lot of questionable ref calls in this game, but the disaster on the ice that we have now is no excuse.  It's not even "They had some lucky shots"  that we get everytime there is an interview.  No, this here is the Monsters getting out worked again and again. 

  It's early, but I'm starting to believe it's the coaching.  You got a different mix of guys, more talent, and the same results as last year?  That can be only one thing.  The coach.  I hope Sacco figures out what the problem is, because while you can't win every game, this team hasn't looked good out there, and Peoria isn't even that good of a team.

Three more away games.  If they come back zero for six though, it'll be hard to get excited about the home games.

Oh well...  Time to watch the transaction records and see what turns up.
